With this support option you can simply call when you need support. We help you on the spot.
Hotline-Packages for mail or phone support, valid for 1 year:
One support-ticket (ST) provides you with 10 minutes of support, whereby the package size differs for 1st Level- and 2nd Level-Support.
A 100€ package contains 6 1st-Level ST's or 3 2nd-Level ST's.
A 200€ package contains 14 1st-Level ST's or 7 2nd-Level ST's.
A 500€ package contains 48 1st-Level ST's or 24 2nd-Level ST's.
A package is payable in advance. Prices are exclusive of VAT.
The support refers to all support levels from simple "user questions" to system administration (e.g. with problems concerning ACLs, system installations or updates).
