In den firmeninternen Schulungen erfolgt immer eine individuelle Konzeption der Schulung mit den Anwendungen, die für Ihre Mitarbeiter relevant sind. Grundsätzlich sind Schulungen in allen Bereichen von eGroupWare möglich, sowohl die einzelnen Anwendungen betreffend als auch Administration & Installation.

Dabei werden unterschiedliche Anwender-Gruppen in ihrem Unternehmen genau in den für sie notwendigen Anwendungen geschult. Ein „normaler Mitarbeiter“ zum Beispiel muss sich nicht mit dem Projektmanagement beschäftigen, sondern nur mit der Aufgabe in der entsprechenden eGroupWare Anwendung (z.B. InfoLog oder Verfolgungssystem Tracker).

Unsere kompetenten Trainer orientieren sich immer an dem Kenntnisstand der Teilnehmer. Wir spulen keine Texte oder Folien ab, sondern bauen auf den Anwendung auf, die sich an Ihrem Unternehmensalltag orientieren. Wir arbeiten nah am Menschen und erleichtern die Umstellung für Ihre Mitarbeiter.

For internal or corporate training courses, we always analyse your situation and design the training according to the applications you use and the needs of your coworkers. Basically, training courses are available for all parts of eGroupWare, including the single applications as well as administration & installation.

During the courses, the different usergroups in your company will be trained on the applications that are relevant for them. A 'normal user', for example, doesn't need to know all about project management, but needs only to be familiar with the tasks in certain eGroupWare applications (e.g. InfoLog or TroubleTicketSystem).

Our skilled trainers always adapt themselves to the level of knowledge of the participants. We do not have fixed programs/schedules, but build the training courses based on the applications which are used in your company. We work with people and for people - to make the move to eGroupWare easier for them.
