Installation & Diagnostics (Remote)We offer our support for the installation of your server and system updates - regardless of whether you want a complete installation, a diagnosis of bugs in your system, or if you have questions regarding the administration (e.g. access rights / ACL). System administrator suport can take place in your company, by mail or phone, or by remote access - whatever suits your needs best. For this, we offer three different service packages. 1. Installation and updates We offer a complete standard installation of eGroupWare. You give us access to your system via SSH or remote desktop, and we install eGroupWare 'ready to go' on your existing system. A standard installation consists of: MySQL, no mailserver, webserver already set up, or using a standard configuration. Updates are possible this way, too. 2. Diagnosis You grant us access to your system via SSH or remote desktop, and we take a look for up to 45 minutes to locate and try to solve your problem. If it isn't possible for us to solve the problem within this time, we will provide you with an estimate of the possible costs to resolve the issue, as well as a description of the problem and a proposed possible solution. 3. Not supported devices for SyncML In the eGroupWare Wiki you find a list of supported devices. If you want another device to use with the eGroupWare SyncML Server you are welcome to try it for yourself.
