1st Level   2nd Level
If you choose 1st Level Support, you have access to experienced eGroupWare users and trainers. They can help you with, for example, questions dealing with the eGroupWare user interface. You also have access to support with the standard installation of eGroupWare in a MySQL Database.   Second Level Support provides you with assistance to more involved questions concerning eGroupWare. This includes, among others, the installation of eGroupWare in other supported databases, or the connection of eGroupWare to LDAP or other directory services. Furthermore, second level support provides you assistance with the integration of eGroupWare into your resident mail system.
